Welcome to Clarity Road!

Welcome to the Clarity Road blog!

Our website aims to provide solutions for life changing events; to help those who have reached a crossroad navigate their own path toward happiness and fulfilment. While we address some serious issues on the site, we also recognise the need for some lighter reading (and the occasional chuckle) during times of hardship.

The Clarity Road blog is all about filling that void.

Clarity Road is the brain child of Julie Rainbow (to save the cringe factor, we will resist the temptation to throw in a “pot of gold” analogy – for now!). Julie is a veteran as far as life changing events go. For readers who are not up to speed on Julie’s story, click here.

In the aftermath of her life changing events, Julie struggled to locate a source that could provide her with the support that she needed. For every question answered, it felt like two more arose. That’s when Julie first recognised the need for a site like Clarity Road – a one-stop-shop offering solutions to the problems that had her, and many like her, stumped.

Seven years later, Julie has travelled the rocky road to clarity and is now living a happy and healthy life with her husband and two children. But the idea for Clarity Road has never been far from her thoughts. After years of hoarding magazine clippings, scribbling ideas on half-used Subway napkins and clogging her inbox with newsletters from every mailing list conceivable, Julie is now equipped enough to help others.

So here we are, at the first Clarity Road blog!

The website is in its early phases at the moment and the content that is up is by no means exhaustive of that which we intend to cover. We plan to address a range of topics from bereavement to illness to sexuality and everything in between. We will also be providing forums for you to network directly with each other, as well as other resources like eBooks to give you every chance of pulling through your tough time unscathed.

It goes without saying that any feedback relating to our site, blog or hesitance to use a “rainbow” pun is welcome, so feel free to drop us a comment, shoot us an email or post on our Facebook wall.

We will be back soon with another (more exciting) Clarity Road blog post, so be sure to watch this space!
